Breakfast Martini

Cambridge Breakfast Gin

Made with distilled marmalade and Lady Grey tea.

Best served with flung-open windows, all the newspapers and several rounds of hot buttered toast.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Breakfast Gin

  • 15ml Triple sec

  • 15ml Lemon juice

  • Lemon zest to garnish

Method:

Pour Breakfast Gin, triple sec and lemon juice into a mixing tin or beaker filled with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into frozen martini glass.

Garnish with lemon zest.
