Cambridge Blackcurrant Leaf Gin

Taking the fresh blackcurrant leaf heart note from our Cambridge Dry Gin and placing it centre stage.

Bold, bright and balanced with a suggestion of sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Blackcurrant

  • Leaf Gin

  • 25ml lemon juice

  • 15ml sugar syrup

  • 15ml crème de mure

  • Blackberry to garnish

Method:

Add the Brilliant Blackcurrant Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake until chilled then strain into a short glass filled with crushed ice.

Pour the crème de mure over the top and garnish with a blackberry.
