Japanese Gin

The first gin made with Japanese botanicals. Japanese botanicals supporting the juniper are individually distilled before they are blended into a spirit of refined taste.

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Japanese Gin

  • 15ml Yuzu sake

  • 100ml Cucumber and watermelon water

  • Pandan leaf garnish

Method:

Add Japanese Gin and sake to a highball glass with ice and top with cucumber and watermelon soda water. Garnish with a pandan leaf.
