Green Street Mule

10 Green Street Gin

An homage to our Gin Laboratory on 10 Green Street, Cambridge. A secret recipe of ten green botanicals, each individually distilled resulting in rich and aromatic notes of Mediterranean herbs and cool menthol hints.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml 10 Green Street Gin

  • 15ml Vanilla syrup

  • 10ml Lime Juice

  • 50ml Kombucha

  • Kaffir Lime Leaves to garnish

Method:

Put all ingrediants into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
