Garden Gimlet

Curator's Gin

Under the expert supervision of Cambridge University Botanic Garden's Curator, rare botanicals were harvested and distilled individually to create a unique gin.

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Curator’s Gin

  • 20ml Sauternes wine

  • 12.5ml lime juice

  • 12.5ml honeyed ginger syrup

  • 10ml sugar syrup

Method:

Put all ingrediants into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
