Gin & Tonic
Cambridge Dry Gin
Using botanicals grown in and around their own home William and Lucy Lowe created a recipe including juniper, fresh basil, rosemary, angelica, lemon verbena, blackcurrant leaf and rose petals, each individually distilled and expertly blended into this outstanding gin.
Ingredients:
50ml Cambridge Dry Gin
Tonic water
Sprig of mint to garnish
Method:
Pour the Cambridge Dry Gin into a glass filled with ice and top with tonic. Garnish with a mint sprig.
